College Notice – Christmas Closure
December 16, 2020
Latest Update: 31st December 2020
Returning to College
Following the latest Government guidance (Wednesday 30th December 2020), the College will be closed to all students, week commencing Tuesday 5th January 2021, with the exception of students who are vulnerable (who will be contacted directly by phone to discuss timetables) and those who have a pre-scheduled exam.
Students sitting official exams next week should only attend College for their examination(s). You will be contacted prior to your exam date to confirm the details.
All students will continue to learn remotely from Tuesday 5th January in accordance with their normal timetables.
Face-to-face learning for younger students on full-time programmes and apprentices is scheduled to resume week commencing Monday 11th January 2021. Face-to-face learning for adults, including HE students, will resume week commencing Monday 18th January.
Communications will continue to be directed to students’ College email accounts. It is therefore essential that students check their College emails frequently.
