My wife was an incredible cook and when she passed away, I wanted to make delicious dishes, just like she did. I love Italian food, so I enrolled on to the Taste of Italy course. There was a great mix of people on the course and our tutor, Andy was brilliant. I have since completed the Taste of the Med and Flavours of the Earth courses!
