Craignair Care Home very satisfied with KCC learners

Craignair is a Dementia Residential Care Home in Blundellsands. Knowsley Community College have been working with the home for over 18 months. The manager Sue is very supportive and encouraging with all of the learners who are undertaking their qualification and always takes an interest in each learner’s individual progress.

Staff undertaking Level 3 are given extra responsibility and are given the title of ‘responsible person’  who have senior and complex duties to carry out.

The home makes a point of recognizing the Health and Social Care qualification and rewarding their staff accordingly.

The home had a vast choice of providers they could have gone with both private and other colleges but the manager has chosen Knowsley Community College over all these as she was very satisfied with the service provided.
