WorkWorld students pass with flying colours

Our newest cohort for the WorkWorld Preparing to Work in Customer Service course achieved a 100% success rate, with all students successfully receiving job offers with Serco, a leading provider of public services, following a round of interviews with recruitment consultants, Adecco.

The learners completed an intensive course that equipped them with the skills and knowledge needed for a career in customer service.

Lorraine, from Kirkby, joined the course to embark on a new career path.

She said: “The course has been a new challenge for me because I’ve never done anything like this before. It’s given me the confidence to go for a job that I didn’t get a few years ago.

“I’d recommend the course to anyone. I’ve learnt lots of new transferable skills and the support from the tutors has been brilliant.”

Overall, the course has had an outstanding 100% achievement rate with 52 learners successfully securing jobs since August this year!
