Students Enter Dance World Cup

15 lucky students will be travelling to Germany in June to represent England in the Dance World Cup. Chosen from thousands of entries, the students and Elliot Clarke staff are currently fundraising to subsidise the exciting trip, having raised £1000 so far.

The Dance World Cup is an amazing opportunity for our students to showcase their talents among 12,000 competitors from 47 countries, including our own Hannah Bennet whose choreography has already won Best Senior Solo in England.

Dancers have been getting in plenty of practice in the run up, recently  attending Move It, the UK’s biggest dance event, performing a piece named ‘Synergy’ for the main stage as well as hosting a talent evening earlier this month for Saturday school children, which helped raise £100.
