Knowsley Community College are set to host their final Open Event of the academic year at the end of the month to help inform young people in Knowsley and surrounding areas, of the opportunities available to them, helping to prepare for their next steps once they complete their GCSEs.

During the event, attendees will be able to find out more information about the courses offered at KCC including Vocational courses, Apprenticeships and A levels across a range of subjects. There is also the opportunity to receive advice on your training routes, as well as the financial support options available to students.

Located across two sites, IAMTech Campus and Huyton Campus, KCC provides the latest technology and study spaces, housing many realistic working environments including state of the art recording studios, simulated manufacturing environments, commercial Hair and Beauty Salons and even an onsite Starbucks.

Gill Banks, Principal said: “Our Open Events are a way to experience what student life at KCC is like and why it’s such a great place to progress to. Over 97% of our students rate their teaching as good and our dedicated tutors will be on hand to talk about their courses.”

The event will take place on Thursday 22nd February 2018, 5.00pm – 7.00pm at the Huyton Campus, L36 3SD.
