Frequently Asked Questions

How will I know if I have passed my qualification?

All qualifications are being managed in different ways by the different awarding bodies. Your tutors will have already discussed with you what you need to do to ensure all necessary work, evidence or assessments have been completed. If you have any concerns about this, please contact your tutor.

For more information regarding exams, assessments, and results, please visit the relevant dedicated page below:

More information will follow as we continue to receive updates from awarding bodies.

How will I be notified of my qualification results?

The Government has confirmed that A level and GCSE results will be announced in August on the already published dates of Thursday 13th August (A levels) and Thursday 20th August (GCSEs).

The College is currently planning how to make these results available to students in a safe and controlled way, and more information will be available on this shortly.

For all other qualifications, your tutor will be able to advise you on the process for receiving your results, and we will update this page as these details become available.

How do I enrol? What is the process?

Once you have applied to study with us and have received your confirmation of a place, or if you are returning to complete the next stage of study with us, the next step is enrolling.

At the moment, we are working on making our enrolment process safe, controlled and in most cases, an online experience for most of our applicants.

We are currently developing our systems so that you will be able to receive advice and guidance, ask any questions and secure your place on your chosen course by completing your enrolment from the comfort and safety of your own home.

More information will follow, however, we anticipate that all school leavers and returning students, under the age of 19, will participate in a virtual enrolment and advice and guidance process.

For our adult and higher education applicants, aged 19 and over, we may facilitate a mixture of online and smaller, individualised face-to-face enrolments.

We will update this section and provide more details as soon as they become available.

I am still unsure of what I want to study in September, what do I do?
