Student Absence

To report a student absence, please visit our absence reporting page.

Reference Requests

If you require confirmation about your programme study dates or any other information, please contact misnotify@sthelens.ac.uk. You will be required to fill in a consent form to allow us to release this information to you or a third party.

Complaints

If you have a complaint, please raise the issue via our Informal Complaints Enquiry Form, by visiting www.sthelens.ac.uk/complaints. Alternatively, you can contact us by telephone on 01744 623129 and speak to the Customer Services Manager, or email complaints@sthelens.ac.uk.
