Students can come into College to collect their exam results at the following locations:
- Knowsley Community College students
Main Campus, Reception Area, from 8.45am - St Helens College students
St Helens Town Centre Campus, Library, from 8.45am
If you are unable to collect your results in person, they will be sent to your College email address from 12.00pm onwards. This will happen automatically – you do not need to contact the College to arrange this.
*Please note, only results released on the above dates will be available to students. Results are due to be released for the following qualifications: BTEC, City & Guilds Technical, NCFE Technical and Level 3 Core Maths.

For GCSE results only, you can come into College to collect your results at the following locations or alternatively, you will also receive your results automatically via your College email address:
- Knowsley Community College students
Main Campus, Kemble Building, English and Maths Office, from 9.00am - St Helens College students
St Helens Town Centre Campus Library, from 9.00am
For other Level 2 Vocational / Technical Courses* you will automatically receive your results via your College email address on the day they are released and do not need to come into College.

I can’t access my College email, what do I do?
If you require technical support to access your College email, please contact the Help Desk at 01744 623328 or email helpdesk@sthelens.ac.uk.
I’ve logged into my College email but there are no results there, what do I do?
Your results should be in your email account on the dates shown above. If you haven’t received your results by the following day, please contact exams@sthelens.ac.uk with your details and we will look into it for you.
If you have studied a different course at the college, please contact your course tutor to find out when your results will be available.
