It is a multi-disciplinary, exciting subject which will explore theoretical and practical elements. You’ll investigate the factors that contribute to improving performance in physical activity and sport, develop your understanding of physiology including injury and movement and understand the fundamentals of sport psychology and technology. Studying Physical Education could lead to a wide range of degrees at university and career opportunities within physiotherapy, education, health promotion and fitness.
