Half Term Fun Week

February saw the return of Knowsley Community College’s popular Half Term Activity Week. Run by the sports tutors and students, the week was a great success with children aged 5 – 11 developing their teamwork and fitness skills through a variety of activities including orienteering tasks, fitness testing, hand ball and rounders.

There was also an opportunity to get creative with face painting and children even learnt about sports massage.

We had great feedback from the children that attended:
Grace age 9yrs old Yr. 5 “Fun week is an amazing, I will definitely come again it is awesome”.

Harry age 9 yr. 5 “The fun week was good because we play a lot of sports and meet new friends.”
