Christmas Card Competition 2017
December 18, 2017
Knowsley Community College hosted its Christmas Card Competition for local primary schools again this year. After receiving hundreds of entries from schools across Knowsley, College Principal, Gill Banks shortlisted the top three submissions.
Lulu Roberts, age 9, from Our Lady’s Catholic Primary School in Prescot, was placed first for her colourful Christmas scene, complete with candy canes, reindeer and snowmen. As well as having her design printed for use as the official Knowsley Community College Christmas card, Lulu received £25 Love2Shop vouchers and a goodie bag, along with a stack of cards for her family and friends.
Also receiving prizes were second place winner Poppy Jayen Trigwell, age 7, from St Columba’s Catholic Primary School and third 3rd place winner Max Mousley, age 8, from Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Primary School.
