Artificial Intelligence has seen a significant rise in popularity and application across a range of industries in recent years. Our AI in the Digital Sector course is designed to help you understand how AI can be strategically applied to enhance business operations, support decision-making, and drive innovation.
When will I start the course and how long will it take?
The course will start in March and will take 6 weeks to complete. You will attend College on a Friday, 9.30am – 12.00pm.
This course will take place at our Main Campus, Main Campus, Stockbridge Lane, Huyton, Liverpool, L36 3SD.
What will I study?
During this course you will study the following topics:
- Foundations of Artificial Intelligence
- AI in business strategy
- AI applications in business
- Data and technology infrastructure
- Ethics, governance and risk in AI
- AI project implementation
- Emerging trends
How is it assessed?
This course will be assessed using a variety of methods, including presentations, discussions and short reports.
Do I need any previous qualifications to start this course?
No formal entry requirements are required, however a basic level of IT and Digital skills would be required.
What are the course fees?
You may be eligible for funding if you have not recently participated in a similar programme, or received any other recent government funded training.
There are a number of fee options for this course including:
- If you are unemployed – FREE
- If you are employed – £30
- If you are not eligible for funding – £180
What can I go on to do once I have completed this course?
You may choose to develop your knowledge in advanced AI topics such as machine learning and natural language processing, or apply AI practically in business roles, helping organisations solve problems and improve their services.
