HR Support Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard

Funding	Maximum funding band is £4,500
Delivery	Day release (one half day per week), workplace assessments, EPA preparation

Role Profile

A HR Support team member will typically be involved in taking ownership for providing advice to managers on a wide range of HR issues, using company policy and current law, and giving guidance that is compliant, where errors could expose the organisation to employment tribunals or legal risk.

Responsibilities are likely to include handling day to day queries and providing HR advice; working on a range of HR processes, ranging from transactional to relatively complex, from recruitment through to retirement; using HR systems to keep records; providing relevant HR information to the business; working with the business on HR changes.

Entry Requirements

5 GCSEs including Maths and English at grade 4 (grade C) or above.

Assessment

Apprentices will complete an End Point Assessment, which will assess each of the knowledge, skills and behaviours detailed above.

Assessment consists of two elements:

1. Consultative project
2. Professional discussion
