LEARNER SERVICES Our highly qualified, friendly Advisers are there to help you with any support you may need. Find them at our Main Campus for information, advice and guidance. LEARNER SUPPORT We have a friendly and experienced team who can provide everything from in-class support, access to specialist equipment and adaptation of materials to a teacher of the deaf, assistance with personal care/health needs and mobility assistance. PRINCE’S TRUST Improve your confidence, gain work experience and get back into education or employment with this free, 12-week personal development programme. It is available to anyone aged 16-25 and there are many start dates throughout the year. DIRECTIONS Enjoy a fun taster of a course that you are interested in, improve your English and maths, gain work experience and develop your CV. The course can last from six weeks up to one year and is designed for those aged 16-18. There are various start dates throughout the year. CAREER COACH Career Coach takes the stress out of planning your future and is free to use. It provides the most current local information on salaries, employment and job vacancies to help you make an informed choice about your future and the right college course for you. SUPPORTED LEARNING Supporting young people with learning difficulties and/or disabilities. Students have the chance to increase their independence and living skills and build employability skills. ENGLISH ANDMATHS English and maths are valued by employers and universities. If you do not achieve a grade 4 or above at GCSE you will be required to continue to study these subjects alongside your chosen course. We have an experienced team who can provide excellent support and guidance. SAFEGUARDING ANDWELLBEING It is important to us that you feel happy and safe during your time at college. You will receive full support for any concerns or issues you may have which may affect your college or personal life.
