ENGINEERING 127 LEVEL 2 DIPLOMA IN PERFORMING ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGIES – FABRICATION ANDWELDING Acquire essential knowledge and skills across several areas of fabrication and welding. You will learn specialist welding techniques including MIG using DC inverters, fabricating small components, sheet metal work, plate work and Oxy-fuel cutting. LEVEL 3 DIPLOMA IN ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGIES Gain advanced knowledge of engineering principles for a solid understanding of the industry. Enhance your skills within manufacturing techniques, CNC automation and machining, CAD and 3D design/print. Entry Requirements: Four GCSEs at grade 3 or above including English and/or maths. Duration: 1 year. Progression: Level 3 Diploma in Engineering Technologies. Entry Requirements: Four GCSEs at grade 4 including English, maths and science or a full level 2 engineering qualification. Duration: 1 year. Progression: You could progress onto an apprenticeship, university or into employment.
