EARLY YEARS AND EDUCATION 121 Apprenticeships are a great way to develop your skills and experience on-the-job, whilst gaining a recognised qualification. So if you prefer to learn by doing, then an apprenticeship is a great place to start. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS A grade 4 or above in your English and maths GCSEs is preferable. SUPPORTING TEACHING AND LEARNING IN SCHOOLS This apprenticeship is designed to prepare you for a career in the industry as a Teaching Assistant or within a learning support role.
