CATERING 101 LEVEL 3 NVQ FOOD PRODUCTION AND COOKING Advance your culinary skills to begin your career as a Chef in an exciting industry. You’ll study advanced techniques in the preparation and cooking of meat and fish, pâtisserie products, explore gastronomy and build supervisory skills while maintaining a high level of food safety, health and hygiene. Entry Requirements: Five GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including English or maths, or a level 2 qualification. Duration: 1 year. Progression: You could progress onto an apprenticeship or into employment.
