Our College buildings may be closed, but our teaching staff are still available to ensure that you are fully supported throughout this time and are able to work efficiently from home.


Accessing MyDay

We have put together the following handouts to help you access the Knowsley Community College and St Helens College MyDay.


Accessing the VLE (Moodle)

  • Visit moodle.sthelens.ac.uk
  • If you are accessing the VLE from home, you will automatically be signed in. Simply press the “Log In” button that is in the top right-hand corner, and this will log you into the system.
  • If you are accessing the VLE from outside of college you will need the following details:
    • Username: Please log in with your student email address, which is your college network ID followed by: @live.knowsleycollege.ac.uk for Knowsley Community College students and @students.sthelens.ac.uk for St Helens College students.
    • Password: Your password is your date of birth in an 8 figure format (DDMMYYYY).
