College Celebrates Ranking Top 6 in Country for Employer Satisfaction

Knowsley Community College are celebrating this week after being placed 6th in the country for employer satisfaction in the FE Choices Employer’s Survey.

The survey, which looks at different aspects such as overall quality of training and the likelihood of recommendation, is an important indicator for the college, as Andrew Ellams, Director of Business Development and Employer Services explains;

‘The results of this survey are so important to us as a business; we are constantly asking for feedback from the employers we work with to help shape what we do and ensure it best meet their needs.

‘We are thrilled with receiving 97% for overall satisfaction. It reflects how closely we work with our employers, as well as the hard work and dedication of our staff.’

This positive result is an addition to the College being ranked best in the Liverpool City Region for overall performance by the Skills Funding Agency earlier this year.
